Firmario terms of use

Firmario ("the app", "we") is an independent web tool run by Facilon (Alberto Curcio Linares, Costa Rica). By using the app, creating a book or leaving a message you agree to these terms.

1. What Firmario is

A digital guest book for one event (wedding, quinceañera, birthday, farewell, baby shower, graduation, Christmas party, funeral or other). Guests leave their name, a message and an optional photo from a link or a QR code. The host reviews the messages and downloads a PDF book to print.

2. Free plan and Full book

Free: up to 10 messages per book (from guests plus imported from WhatsApp), with a PDF book marked “Preview”. To prevent abuse we limit how many free books can be created per connection per day.

Full book (coming soon): a one-time payment per event (not a subscription) of US$9.99 (Spanish/Portuguese: US$6.99); taxes may apply depending on your country. It includes unlimited messages (up to 1,000), the book with no watermark and everything kept for 1 year. Each purchase unlocks one book. Payments are processed by our reseller Creem (creem.io), the merchant of record, which charges you, issues the receipt and applies its terms. 3. What may be posted

No nudity or sexual content, violence, hate, harassment, scams, other people’s private data without permission, or anything illegal. Only upload photos that are yours or that you may use, and no photos of minors without their parents’ permission. Firmario is only a guest book: no raffles, sweepstakes, lotteries or gambling.

4. Importing from WhatsApp

Only import chats you are part of and messages sent to you or to the event group, to keep them as a memento. The chat is read on your phone and only the messages you pick are stored. Firmario isn’t affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.

5. Moderation

The host reviews every message and can hide or delete it; hidden messages stay out of the book. Every guest page has a “Report” link. We may remove, without notice, any book, message or photo that breaks these rules, or when an authority asks.

6. Your content

Content belongs to whoever wrote it. By leaving a message, a guest lets the host keep it, print it and share it with their family as a memento of the event. You give us permission to store it only so the book works.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We don’t guarantee the service is error-free or always available. Download your book and keep your private host link. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid for the book.
